Matrik Srl is a consolidate company.
The founder has more than thirty years experience in design and manufacture of ball bearings, roller bearings, trak rollers, special bearings designed for customers for solving their specific needs in various application fields.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

The wheels and bearings shown in the pictures were made for various applications, especially for linear field, for textile machines, woodworking machines, sliding doors, etc.. 
All bearings are made of chrome steel for bearings DIN 100Cr6 but can also be made of stainless steel (AISI 440C). 
The size range start from a minimum diameter of the inner hole of 2 mm to a maximum outer diameter of 100 mm 
Many bearings are double row bearings, and in some cases, with angular contact between the raceways and balls (especially on wheels for linear guides). 
Some products are designed to reduce assembly costs, in particular, we study solutions which provide an integrated threaded pin (inner ring) or threaded hole on the inner ring for easier mounting. 
Different accuracy classes are realizable P0 to P5 with very low level of noise and vibration 
The bearings are lubricated with grease suitable for life. 
Products are available also operating at low temperature (-50 °) and high temperature (250 °) 
The external profile of the wheels can be suitably shaped into desired forms to meet customer needs. 
The outer ring of the bearing may be coated with thermoplastic materials (Nylon, POM, etc.).. 
The shields can be made of metal (ZZ) or rubber seals in nitrile (2RS).

The special bearings are manufactured by Matrik Srl to meet customer needs and are made with the best technologies available on the market
 
All the products are tested for checking the quality of materials, to verify the heat treatment and measurement of precision in construction
 
The production process is monitored at each stage of processing and the quality control is done with modern equipments
